  • I thought ASKO never goes on sale? at least that's what a lad at JB-HIFI told me

    • We bought our ASKO dishwasher from DJ on sale years ago, so yes it does go on sale (not sure about JB though)

    • JB guy could be right, most of the items are factory seconds (Scratch and dent) and it's Vic only.

  • Is it all VIC only? If so, that should be in the title…

    • Yes, Vic only. From their facebook page:

"The annual ASKO Warehouse Sale is on again! This year the sale will be taking place ONLINE via the website – where we look forward to sharing our amazing deals! All details and images of products for sale will be listed online, including any wear and tear given some of the products are ex-display stock. All ASKO fans can access the great deals via our website, https://www.asko.com.au/warehouse-sale-2020

Whilst the sale was originally planned to be held at our warehouse, due to recent advice regarding COVID-19 and gatherings of more than 500 people, the warehouse itself will be closed with purchases only possible online. The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our top priority.

Please note: the sale is for Victorian residents only."

I bought a washing machine from their warehouse last year - delivery was $60. FWIW The washing machine has been good so far, and working well with the condenser dryer I bought from them (via GraysOnline) ten years ago…..

Some of them are floor stock returns (that might be missing the manual etc), some overstock, some recently (or soon to be) discontinued models. The ones I got were both recently discontinued models. Note that depending on what you buy, it may not be eligible for optional extended warranty (https://www.asko.com.au/customer-care/support/extended-warra…).

Kind of misleading, Most of the items are factory seconds(Scratch and dent) and it's Vic only.

Washing machines are only 25% and then most of them are scratch and dent.

    • You are not selling it so it has to be spotless. If I can save 25% providing you pay less then when it is on sale or if you happen to need it now, who cares if it is scratched and dented. It's not Veyron Bugatti that will impact its performance when going at 254.04 mph

  • Victoria only and only a few items in reality

  • People are crazy, these Asko sales are always very good - big range of products, varying reason for a discount (ex display, factory second, old models, damaged boxes etc). As others have said, Vic only but it's a brand where you can generally not get a sale price.

  • Upto 50%, not 83%.

    • Hi there, originally it was only up to 50% off - then they increased the sale. Products in this title are the increase sale items. Thanks

I went through the site. Was not able to find an item that 83% as of last night when my comment was posted.

    Very unimpressive sales

  • Bought an oven and cook top . Covid situation so no checking. Brought home. When opened to install, the door glass was chipped at the bottom due to misaligned door. And door is hitting the frame. Called asko they agreed to cover in warranty as it was a known issue.
Dude comes out and says they can’t do anything and charges $150 for coming out.
    What a rort?
So they sell broken stuff and charge extra for call out when they agree to fix in warranty and fix nothing. Great business model to sell their broken stock.
