The US sizing and the lack of ".au"" in the domain name. OTOH, the postage did seem cheap.
FWIW, I bought a pair of these 6 years ago at David Jones on special, and wore them as my dailys. They lasted 5 years before the sole wore through, with 3 miles of street walking to work three days a week and recreation use involving long walks in the Mt Lofty and Belair trails. They're a bit disheveled, but revivable with a replacement stick-on sole for around the house.
I'll replace the " good" with "excellent" for the price 😁
Canberra factory outlet in Fyshwick has a Platypus shop that has heaps of colours and sizes of Sperry that are not on their website.
