Are these Gen 2? Skip Gen 1 - audio is okay but forget about have calls with them - they sound like you are underwater.

It's gen 1, gen 2 are called "Galaxy Buds+".
Don't forget as well gen 2 must be like Samsung buds #4. There was the original gear #1, which lasted ~20 minutes while connected to the phone via bluetooth and frequently DCd. Gear #2 is what I have currently and am happy with even today. Then buds #1 and buds #2 2020.

The galaxy bud plus from the Samsung site is $299 ($249 after coupon). This deal is $269 and then there's an eBay coupon for $53 so the eBay one is much cheaper

Gumtree is a better choice.
I just get a two-days-opened buds plus from Gumtree for 150 aud.
Buds plus sounds good, i don't have Sumsung phone, but still strong connection. More delay up to apps, some of them is fine, don't need to worry about music or movie.
I bought 2 months ago, right one volume is so low now, even after a clean, anyway to fix it?
samsung wearables app, you can change touch + hold to volume up and down, right earbud hold - volume up, left - volume down. When you hold it, the volume gets way louder than the max phone setting

You have to return it to Samsung.
I had this issue and they replaced them for me.Normally I'd say take it to a Samsung store, but given the current situation your only choice will be to send it off under warranty.
Don't let anyone tell you it's normal, they need to be replaced.It's looking like a fault for sure,
