Where are your skins from?
Where are they processed?
Are the boots hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.

  • I ordered 2 pairs in 2 seperate orders (a few hours apart). Received my pair yesterday which are excellent! But the second order for my partner hasn't been shipped yet.
    Hopefully it arrives by the end of the month for her birthday.

    I ordered 5 pairs at noon on Wed 25 March (now 9 business days) for delivery to Melb and have not received any shipping confirmation. In response to a follow up email I sent today seeking an estimated delivery time, I got:

    Hi "xxx", It’s been 7 business days, not including delivery. Your patience is so much appreciate! Warmest Regards,

    Some people have received orders already (good sign) so my conclusion is:
    * they are still fulfilling orders;
    * no point asking for more details, you'll get it when you get it; and
    * 7+ business days without delivery confirmation post order is reasonable for the average, patient consumer (this begs the question as to what the unreasonable threshold is in terms of business days gone by).

    My issue has not been about delivery by a certain date, it's about good communication. Instead of the drip feed of information, if the OP had said the orders are so large we won't be able to fulfill all and confirm delivery until (say mid April, OP should have an idea of this as a business), and given current COVID-19 postage difficulties some people may not receive their order until (say end of April). Then that is at least an informed response and we would not annoy you by email or on this forum so frequently (at least I wouldn't).

    Ozbargainers are an understanding bunch (ok maybe some are whingers) but I share the frustration of the posters above and don't think we are being unreasonable here. So over to you OP, the ball is in your court.

  • Easter will extend the delivery time for most people. My order was processed in Melbourne this morning so I probably won’t get it until after Easter.

    Ordered a single pair on the 25th of March as well, and still haven't received an update on my order.

    I don't know how Ugg Australia didn't anticipate an onslaught of ozbargainers purchasing these? I mean… c'mon!

      Ordered 3 pairs on the same date as you and still no updates either. I think people would have been a lot more understanding if they'd been more upfront about the supply issues instead of saying that everything is "under control". They've lost me as a customer.

      • Mistakes can and do happen. In this case honest communication would have made a huge difference.

        But the worst is that they behave as if they are above the law. Flatly refused to cancel and refund.

        Which company in their right mind does that? The margin on a special like that isn't exactly huge, they can only gain from repeat business, not from forcing people who no longer want their product to stick with it…

  • Two weeks ago tomorrow (26/3) since ordering. I sent an email a week ago and got a prompt reply the next day with the standard response. No big deal, not cold yet in Qld. I guess it is like Christmas at Easter.

    The track number given was showing it goes to qld?
    Seriously? From Laverton to Glen Waverley only takes one hour, now nearly 2 weeks!

    Ordered mine on the 25th, got them today! Saturday morning post, lol. Saw the items moving earlier this week, probably aus post issue that it got delayed to today instead of a mid week delivery.

    Had an order issue though, ordered 3 pairs and only got 1…. Waiting for them to reply to my email and sort it out.

              Interesting to see them replying to the happy feedback and not really addressing any of the other issues or providing us updates. Raising another deal while not providing this deal the support it needs is concerning.

    Has anyone received theres? I got a confirmation of order email that was 3 weeks ago. I've tried contacting them and no one is getting back to me. Is this a scam?

    • I'm still waiting, since ordering on 25/3. I just sent an email to them. Since it's not that cold yet, I don't mind waiting but an update on my order would be nice. If I don't get any reply this week, I'll try to get a refund via PayPal.

    Ordered the night of the 25th, received tracking information today (14th). Similar sentiments as other people in this thread, but thought I'd give a status update for those still waiting.

      I understand they where busy and got a lot of orders. Probably more then they had stock. Great to support a local business
      Although just get your time frames better next time. Instead of be posted all by tomorrow or end of week over and over.

    • Arrived today (20th} after issues with AusPost. The sole is the right size (13M) but the actual slipper part is a lot tighter than I'd expected while wearing socks. Kinda want to ask for a size higher but don't want to wait another month for them…

    Got mine yesterday (4 pairs, ordered on 26/3). Kids love them, so does the dog. I haven’t worn mine around the house yet, just tried them on but they’re nice and soft. Worth the wait for the price paid. Communication from OP could be a bit better. Should of just said that it will take 1 to 2 or 3 extra weeks to fill orders due to the high amount of orders. Most people would cop that, after all you are getting 60% off.

    You all need to chill out and be patient with your orders.
    They had a big sale and there are also delays with AusPost delivery due to border closures and limited/cancelled flights.

    I received mine yesterday. Excellent quality and happy with the products.

    Waiting for next sale promotion to buy more.

  • Mine also arrived yesterday (15/4). Good for the price. Sizing ok. I'm normally a Aus/UK 7 (US 8) so bought the 8. They fit just right. If you like them loose or to also wear socks you'd probably need to go up a size.

      Agreed. Buy your shoe size or one size up. Don't go down a size like what I have done.

  • Mine got sent on 30th of March, was sitting with Auspost for two weeks! Put an enquiry last week with Auspost and spoke to them yesterday about the status and was told that it was "lost" but today I get a delivery from Auspost with the slippers haha!

    It's worth the wait! These slippers are awesome.

      When they had not shipped for over 2 weeks I tried to cancel my order. They refused point blank.

      I opened a case on PayPal and after that they sent an email saying they shipped. Nothing has arrived yet.
