I sawed on ShopBack facebook that you don’t have to do anything.
Mine showed the code but didn't load anything else this morning. It now says "You've been automatically entered in the draw…."

How many points are people getting on average? I seem to get 6K-8K. Lives take a while to replenish as well.
Try to use the power up on colours with the most shapes. Also the more shapes you connect in one go, the more points you get. This should get you over 10k points, I average between 10-14k per game

I feel that as time went on they only gave me lucky draws or lives. The game itself is fun enough for probably not worth doing unless you're into lucky draws (and getting one life or 1 lucky draw).
