Need a Cheap Study Desk + Office Chair under $80 for both.

Open to all suggestions, preferably those that don't take too long to deliver.

Have already checked my local Gumtree, there is nothing really nice. I also check it daily to see if someone posts a new one that I can grab.

Maximum combined cost I prefer is around $80 for both. I don't really care too much about the table, just should be sturdy, I am willing to pay around $50 for the chair as I think at that price mark I can get something fairly comfortable for 3-4hrs of use daily.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I was not aware office chairs were so expensive. Will wait it out for a good office chair bargain rather than buying one at normal price now.

    Ebay but unlikely within that budget. As much as I rather Gumtree.. Facebook selling groups and Facebook marketplace will have far more things for sale. Unlikely to be delivered but can still dismantle.

      Literally found a scratched up, dirty and dusty table in the nearby street for $15. It was old and wooden, sitting in the garage so didn't know what was living inside it either.

      All good now, just going to pick this up from Kmart

    I made my own for $12 out of pine. The tools however were about $2000

    Pine (90mm by 45mm) at bunnings, used a table saw to cut it to size, as in 20mm thick, then laminated and glued.
