How easy is it to get gold?
Takes 1200 points, with an earn rate of 1 point per dollar from eats/pool, 2 from uberx/uberxl/comfort, 3 from premier.
I'm stuck on the USA version of Uber Rewards, I have Uber Gold USA but none of the benefits are of use here. I've asked support to move me to the Australian Uber Rewards but apparently it takes 2 weeks alone to remove me from the USA program.
I'm in the same boat - I didn't even know the rewards platform I was on was for the US until I contacted support saying I couldn't use my reward voucher. They advised Australia doesn't even have a rewards system and I shouldn't have been put onto it (I did use it in the US).
Must be targeted. I'm Gold and have nothing on my app.
Is Uber Rewards still rolling out or has it completed? I still haven't got any rewards account yet…
