Saw this on clearance at my local Woolies for $30 (one of the few things left on the shelves!), then went to post and saw it for $25. Selling for $50 at Big W, $35.99 on Amazon and Catch.

Might be useful for some parents out there.

    Couldn't agree more. With the aircon blasting above it, it still glows red. Just use common sense and your own senses to judge the room temp.

    Totally agree, bought mine last week and it always showing above 23..eventhough its cold already.. i think the temperature inaccurate..too bad, supposed to be helpful gadget for baby..^^

  Am a big fan of the groegg2
  Imo a bit nicer than v1. Never had any issues with ours, was super helpful as first time parents

    How do you identify the version?

      Yeh reckon the v2 is a bit more aesthetically pleasing,
      Not that it’s about that. Acts as a good nightlight too if you need to be getting up and checking on baby/feeding
      Can get little groegg shell add on to make your egg into a monkey penguin or owl- we’ve got the owl

  Useless. If I had my time again I would of purchased an accurate wall thermometre. Night light is crisp also.

  Ill sell you mine for $20 with an owl cover..
