  The 'sign up' on our landing page simply means that you're allowing us to send you offers by text message. There are: 'No subscriptions' and you 'only buy what you want, when you want'.

  Given the above if you still feel we're being misleading in any way we'll alter the post - suggest I add something like:

  'Buy taking advantage of our offer(s) you're signing up to receive promotional offers from Bootleggers Wines. Pls note we respect your privacy and wont share / sell you data with anyone and you can unsubscribe at any time'.
