Vindaloo is normally between 50 000 - 100 000 Scovilles, that'll give you an idea what to look for.
I'm pretty immune to anything much less than 1 million Scovilles so anything I can recommend nandxor would be like paint stripper to you ;).
All I can suggest is try something between 50k and 100k, maybe the lower end of the scale and work your way up. They are pretty cheap and a bottle will last for a while.
I bought the heartbeat pineapple habanero from Canada, it was exy but tasted so good, I ate it too fast so refused to purchase again 😂
