Is this similar to the stuff they add to 98 petrol?

  • Is there any benefit to this for a reasonable AVG km car around 90k?
I mean it can't do any harm?

If you haven't replaced your fuel filter already, run a few tanks of 98 through it and then swap your fuel filter out.

      • Or else you will have a dead car like my old crv did after 2-3 uses of this stuff rofl.

        • So this stuff is a waste?

Everytime I look Fuel Filters for my Ford Focus I get items which look totally different ranging from $7 to $45!

            @[Deactivated]: It's not a waste but it's over-priced!

FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS! At the end of the day it is a EURO car! Don't go Ryco, don't go Repco… You've got Mann, Delphi, Bosch, Purflux (my home team). I'd run a search for you but I don't have your VIN. I have all the Euro hook up's. I'm paying $10-11 delivered for genuine French oil filters as an example while Supercrap want $35-45 for some Chinese shit (which I can get for $4 but that's another story…)

You can either buy cheap and Chinese or good and Euro. The Euro from the right place is incredibly cost effective anyway and you'd be nuts not to pay the slight extra.

Just run a search for some UK suppliers and you'll hit the jackpot :) Ebay is usually the go for most people

          • @[Deactivated]: Nah the scrap blocked the fuel filter hahaha

Bought one from Autobarn using price match.

Will try it out as my car has a rough cold start so I suspect leaking injectors.
Will report back if it fixes the issue.

    • Petrol or diesel? If it's petrol they tend to be cheap as buggery now

      • Petrol.

Set of six new injectors are about $1000 for parts only so want to avoid shelling out for that if I can

        • Check aliexpress for your part, might be much cheaper.

What? with the Euro at .53 cents to the AUD?

    • Yep! A $10 filter MIGHT POSSIBLY move to $15 but STILL be cheaper than the $3 Chinese shit Supercrap Co sell for for $35 and higher quality!

    Is this any different?

They have diesel versions for sale too.
