Factory Seconds and Price Query

Hi I am browsing around for a chest freezer, and have decided on the model and size that would best suit us. It retails for $529 new.
I have found it in two factory second stores, and they have it priced at $319, and the other $299.
Can anyone shed any light on what they mean by the "product class" of an appliance and the "pricing class" that applies to it? A couple of websites have it listed as either a B or C product class.
And the pros and cons of those classes? A cut
and paste from one of the factory seconds stores

  • It's been a long time since I've been there but I think the Miele unboxed store had B grade for something which had slight cosmetic marks. A, maybe is perfect and C would be significant cosmetic marks?? I'm just guessing. Maybe call them up and ask what their grading is for?

Edit: This website has their grading, maybe yours has something similar:

    • Thank you!

  • $351.20 @ Good Guys eBay with PGGUYS20 (expires tomorrow)

Don't even bother with a factory second for the sake of $50

Dammit, no stock :( Sorry! Just had a look through the others available, and none are showing as in stock! Wtf lol

    • Bugger! Appliances Online is advertising it for $349 which I would be happy with too, but their website is showing that their earliest delivery day to inner Brisbane is May 11th…2 months away! Waiting for them to call me back to see if that is a website error.

      • Quick, take that price into Good Guys or JB Hifi and get them to price match before they change it!
