I am looking to buy a dual band wifi extender. Looking for recommendations of sub $100 ones.

    Wi-Fi extenders have nothing to do with modems. This is like asking if this spoon will work with that bowl. Are you sure you know the kind of device you need to solve whatever problem you have?

      Yes but they need to a network to extend it so I thought there might be something like modem compatibility. Also require to extend range and maybe boost speeds a little.

        @Doovik: Well as long as you know that using an extender is an inferior method way of extending Wi-Fi coverage, go ahead. At least you are not looking to buy a single band extender.
