Menulog doesn't tie accounts to phone numbers, just email. Technically everyone can use this deal with a throw away email address.

This is a really good deal can basically get 2 x thai main meals in my area for $16-17 delivered $25 minimum spend plus $5 delivery cost and each main is around $12 for the noodles so just add an extra $1.. done lunch and dinner is sorted because no stores deliver before like 5pm sometimes in my area.

It does work for pickup too. Also it includes the delivery fee. I mean you don't have to spend $25 to get $15 off. You can spend $20 and $5 delivery would also work.
