No, same situation as ode1 - I received an email just after ordering saying it would appear mid August, then another email saying stock would arrive mid September - only to have it turn up a day later.
I just ordered 2 2TB WD EARS drives for $79 each from Netplus here in WA, $5 freight charge for locals is reasonable enough…my 8GB ECC RAM just arrived from the states, patched the BIOS last night…all systems GO
The WD green drives are no good for RAID in case thats what you planned to do with them.
What are you basing this on?
I ordered two (seperate orders). First unit came in early Aug. Still waiting for the second. Got an email from HP saying stock is expected mid of Sep and Delv will be 5-7 days after that. Still have no plans for the second unit. Might sell it if I can get some decent price.
Didn't you sell it to IT at your work? I was in the thread wanting to buy it off you :(
Yes I sold the one I got from HP to IT at work. I did not cancel the order for the second one with HP. After waiting for 3 weeks for the HP order to come through, I ordered 2 from CWorld at inflated price. Then the first order form HP came in and that was sold to IT at work and the second one is still in admin.
The HP one must have come before the more expensive CWorld ones arrived? Or you could have sold one of those to your work for more :( Sucks.

Mine arrived early August
They sent an email just before stating it would be SEPT and do I want to KEEP the order, I said YES I want it ASAP and it arrived a couple of days later.
