[PC] Dishonored 2 $5 @ Harvey Norman

160

Set 15 years after the events of the original Dishonored, Emily Kaldwin and Corvo Attano must claim back the throne of Dunwall from an otherworldly usurper.

Key Features
Choose to play as Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano, each with a unique set of supernatural powers and skill trees. Though their mission is the same, you will have the opportunity to see the world and charactrers of Dishonored 2 through two different perspectives.
Just like in the previous entry in the series, you can choose to play as a lethal killer, or passive and stealthy in Dishonored 2, but beware: your actions shape and influence the environment around you at all times.
See the steampunk-inspired empire of Dunwall through the eyes of your character in suspenseful first person stealth gameplay, back by an atmospheric soundtrack.

Are there any stores that actually stock this?

It's been on clearance since 2018. Probably 1 copy left at some random store in all of Australia.

    • No stock I could find. Tried 2000, 3000, 4000, 7000 (and surrounding stores).

      • None available in WA (6000) too. Is there anywhere left in Australia?

        • I do not think so. I bought one of these a long time ago and then stock was very, very limited.

          • @Lysander: Guess I'll just keep waiting for it to get this cheap on Steam.
The first Dishonored was a great game, one of the few single player FPS I've bothered to finish.

            • @CitizenCane: I reckon it will be another 6-12 months (more likely 12 months) until it gets there.

          • @Lysander: I picked up a few games back then. This, Doom, Wolfenstein 2 and Fallout 4. Only one I've actually played so far is Doom. :P

            • @ozbs25: I did not pick up Doom but wish I had. Ah, well, maybe when Eternal comes out the make the older game very cheap as a promotion (as happened with Borderlands).

              • @Lysander: Some people have been guessing it'll be part of Humble Choice with the new one coming out.

                • @ozbs25: Let's hope it will be in the April one together with some other great games!

                  • @Lysander: I've been really happy with humble choice so far. I don't buy games outside of bundles really so I rarely get double ups. There seems to be a lot of negativity surrounding their new business model.

                    • @ozbs25: Yeah, I do not know why so many people complain about it. They might not necessarily my type of game sometimes but the value is still great. You pay essentially what is a fraction of a price for one game but you get ten games. Really great value. I think a lot of people have expectations that are way too high and hence get disappointed.

Even if you do not buy games outside of bundles have a look at Ember on Steam. On sale for $1.45 AUD and looks pretty good and has got good reviews.

                      • @Lysander: Haha, I would possibly buy it if my pile of shame weren't so big already. 844 and counting on Steam alone. Add in gog, Twitch, Epic, Blizzard, EA and Uplay and I'm half hoping for the world to end so I can retreat to my underground bunker and just play games. Ember doesn't look half bad though. I'll keep an eye on it. Never know when it ends up in a bundle. :P

I have played some of the games I own. Just not very many at all.

            • @ozbs25: They're on my wishlist too. Anything by iD (now Bethesda) pretty much automatically goes on the wishlist.

  • I found a copy in Devonport. In stock according to their website.

    • That's a bit far but thank you for checking.

      • Also seems West Gosford (NSW) and Salamander Bay (NSW) has stock
