[Resolved] Computer Won’T Boot after BIOS Update [B450 Mortar Max]

I did the update through the mystic light update or whatever it’s called

I think I downloaded versions 2.6.

It restarted my computer then it went back on and then restarted again and never booted back up

Idk what to do, when I turn on my pc the ez debug light turns on for a second then turns off and my m.2ssd just has a red led turned on

Should I bios flash the motherboard with a USB?

Cpu is a ryzen 5 3600

I’d also like to mention that after it restarted without showing anything on screen I ended up rebooting the computer but this was done 20 minutes after it restarted without showing anything.

Looks like the bios update failed, yes reflash using usb.

    • It worked but the bios flash red LED won't turn off, any idea what to do about that?

Not a problem but if there is a way to turn it back off that would be nice.

      • hey, I know this is probably going to scare you, but the latest bios has a more stable install. I had exactly the same problem six months ago, it restarts to look for the usb, but this fails. I'm pretty sure you installed the beta? v720c (beta)? The latest one should work and maybe stop your other problem.

        • This is the version I installed 7B89v26

Which one would be the latest?

        • The bios flash LED turned off after a couple resets. thanks for the help though.

Had this problem before with a b450 Tomahawk. Can't remember too well how I fixed it. Usb flashing failed for me. Might have been a cmos reset and using a less powerful gpu? Hopefully, the usb flash will work…
