I joined Boost on 25th February, since then at home all my calls drop out or they go to message bank. It turns out the Hills district in Sydney is having a Telstra outage re some power problem on 1st February and it has a proposed fix date by 12th March. I was thinking I could set up Wi-Fi calling as an interim measure to get my calls whilst at home. I've been on online chat twice and told they it's enabled and I have a phone issue with my Samsung, but I have called once and been told Boost don't do Wi-Fi calling. Does anyone have a real answer as I'm obviously not getting the right information somewhere along with way?

Boost certainly do Wifi calling and it's normally enabled by default.
I've only ever gotten it to work on a Samsung A20. Various other Samsung or other brands wouldn't work.
Works on iPhone
Subject to your handset offering this ability. Some phones require you to update the latest operating system/firmware version to use this feature
I have boost and have it working on my iPhone 6s.
Does not work on my Samsung s8+ with boost, but works on my A20
TCL Plex user on BOOST and the wifi calling worked out of the box. I didn't do any settings or anything….
