I'm looking to get the S20+ though Woolworths Mobile, but I haven't been with anyone beside Optus for a long time. How does Woolworths as a carrier compare to something like Optus?
I know they don't have the full Telstra network (including 4GX and 5G) but is there anything else I should be aware of?
So there's no real differences? Just the network. How's the customer service, is there any pitfalls or disadvantages to Woolworths Mobile?

Apart from 4gx and 5g, Woolies coverage isn't even the same as the standard Telstra 4g network.
been with them for over 2 years, i do alot of travelling in my 4x4, spend alot of time in the outback, besides a few optus only spots along the oodnadatta ive never been too short of bars on my phone, highly rate the service
Can you buy the Woolworths Prepaid Mobile Sims in the supermarket and pay with Wish eGift cards?
