  Yet you told us the family package price (which isn't a bargain!) but you forgot to say the price for this deal?

    The family package price is actually a bargain given normally 2 adults and 2 kids would cost you $330 + joining fees

    If you are going to visit the zoo 3 times or more in a year the Zoo Friends memberships are the way to go…

  That's a fantastic price, but isn't it only for ABC members?

  There doesn't seem to be a clause in there saying "and their friends"… (similar to many other "family and friends", "staff and friends", etc)

  I'm all for sharing a bargain, and some people say that "if you can get it, then who cares?", but for me I personally try to stick within the T&C's of the offer.

  I think this is for ABC card member only, but it's also a general code rather than unique code linked to your card number, so it's hard to prevent being OZBed. I joined ABC simply for extra 3 months zoo friends a few month back, and now I missed this better deal. Good value anyway.

  This might be an even better deal, ie, if - as was the case, last time I checked - it opens the open for free entry into OTHER mainstream Zoos, at least across AU.

  (Check with zoos, in cities you're likely to be visiting, before you assume it's still true.)

  How zoo prices have RISEN over the year…

  PS The VERY best deals - both for supporting zoos & getting to view their animals any time you like - is LIFE MEMBERSHIP. In the early 1990's it was $400.00 (Adelaide Zoo), & also got you a 2nd Adult entry pass, so you could invite a visitor along, any day you attended the Zoo.

  You also got entry (at least for yourself) to any other big Zoo in AU; dunnno if that included Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo; I don't think it did, even then. Anyone know?
