Wasn't it only meant to be a limited production run, not a permanent addition to the Cadbury product line?
It was a limited run initially when released, then they re released it on a permanent basis.
Readily available in New Zealand so must still be in production
Even Cadbury Australia, don't know when the Caramilk blocks will be restocked.
