Graphic Designer PC Build HELP

Hi guys i have been a laptop (macbook pro 2013 i7) freelance designer for 15+ years in that time i have used my laptop, im moving into more after effects motion and the macbook is chugging a bit on rendering, i use the full adobe creative suite so photoshop/illustrator indesign ect…. i feel now is the time to set up a proper office and i feel the need to look into getting a desktop pc (id rather PC over macs for the desktop..) i have been out of the desktop side of things for many many years, in my short research i hear AMD Ryzen 7 or 9? is supposed to be good or an intel i9??.. an NVME? ssd harddrive for speed? and ram what is best 3200 i want at least 32gig ram is that overkill or will 16gig be ample?? im really lost… it gets a bit overwhelming i did read nvidia graphics cards are favoured by adobe as well? anyway i do want good parts but if can save some $$ if an i7 is not much difference in speeds than an i9 then id go i7 same with the ryzen? i wont be using this for gaming so the graphics card i want to be able to hand the adobe suite nicely! and using dual monitors.

my budget is around 3k maybe 4k. i did chat to a dell tech and they suggested

is that reasonable? id really love your feedback and suggestions! thanks for your time.

I would suggest 32gb of RAM. 16gb takes forever to render 3D effects and often freezes the application giving you a mild heart attack if you haven't saved your work. For GPU choose Nvidia. NVME is also better than SSD. My laptop has an NVME drive and literally takes 2 seconds to go to the login screen. Where as an SSD would take 6 seconds. Unless it's a Samsung Pro SSD then bootup may take 4 seconds.

Will also need a keyboard/mouse but that's best left to your preference.

Of the two the AMD will be much faster than then Intel for productivity apps use.
