PayPal Is Giving Me 2 Different Payment Amounts Why?

Hi,

So this is the second time I have noticed this with 2 different online stores

When I go to paypal checkout, it shows the correct basket amount up the top.

But under the 'Pay with' heading when you choose which card to use to the right of that it is showing

a much higher amount.

I dont understand whats going on.

All good, my paypay account was in negative due to ebay plus fee.
