Maybe you need the aluminium.
Maybe try hand sanitizer. I use it for my feet!!
Sweat itself is odourless. It is the bacteria in the moist environment which creates odour.Exactly. My go to when I don't have a deodorant is a dab of listerine
I used to watch my grandfather in the old country use hard liquor as aftershave, deodorant and tasty beverage. He is almost 100 now. Maybe he knows something!
Have you tried natural deodorant stick?
Works for me whole day and I sweat a bit.
Not cheapest but lasts me monthsYeah I have tried ones like "My Aura Organic Deodorant Lavender Sage & Rosemary" (link below) but its hard to put on as it doesnt glide very easily and it clumps together. It also leaves white stuff everywhere. It definitely does work better than a liquid roll on deodorant by lasting longer.

I use this or similar for men but they have for women as well.
Need to wet it with water a little bit but works well I thinkhttps://www.ausnaturalcare.com.au/deonat-crystal-deodorant-s…
Usually in vitamin / health stores
Agree Turbonetics. The misses buys this overpriced hipster brand that barely last 2 hours and actually stinks worse than BO.
I also noticed that Norsca have the spray version for half price at Woollies if that is peoples preference.Wish they had a masculine version!
According to the Norsca website, this one is the Men's spray:
https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/76024/nors…In a desperate situation, when deodorant fails: use alcohol wipes (can be found in first aid boxes in the offices). It works really well. Otherwise, a diluted Dettol solution works just as good.
What are the advantages of not having aluminium? Or is it more for people who are sensitive to it (or have concerns)?
Some people have concerns with Aluminium being digested, but doesn't seem to be any issues with skin absorption.
It is mostly to accommodate the Hipsters with supposed natural alternatives. It is also about supporting less petrochemicals in products.
I personally still use Lynx and Brut, never had any issues. My understanding is it’s also the un-studied effect of plugging pores where sweat 💦 is immense. This one attempts that with Zinc, unsure how effective each is
From a 2017 study (note UCP = underarm cosmetic products and BC = breast cancer):
“ Findings
Use of UCP was significantly associated with risk of BC (p = 0.036). The risk for BC increased by an OR of 3.88 (95% CI 1.03–14.66) in women who reported using UCP's several times daily starting at an age earlier than 30 years. Aluminum in breast tissue was found in both cases and controls and was significantly associated to self-reported UCP use (p = 0.009). Median (interquartile) aluminum concentrations were significantly higher (p = 0.001) in cases than in controls (5.8, 2.3–12.9 versus 3.8, 2.5–5.8 nmol/g).
InterpretationFrequent use of UCPs may lead to an accumulation of aluminum in breast tissue. More than daily use of UCPs at younger ages may increase the risk of BC.” - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5514401/
There are other studies that have failed to find an association between the two, but there has been a well documented increase in aluminium accumulation in breast tissue over the past 50 years. Whether it’s caused by deodorants and whether it’s even are problem are still unknown, however if alternative products exist then why not err on the side of caution? Especially for those who shave their underarms as that’s been shown to increase absorption through the skin by up to 6x.
Will give it a try.
I have struggled to find any aluminium free rolls on that have lasted to the end of the day. Normally 5hrs is the limit for me and I start to be able to smell myself after lifting up my under arm.
I am also not a huge sweater.
