Does anyone have experience with Kogan in regards to their warranty? I’ve had the DC fan for a few months now and the fan overheated and the base cracked. They haven’t responded to my emails yet but I was wondering do they actually come out to your house if the item is large like they claim?
I don't know why you'd buy the Kogan one when the Xiaomi one (with only potentially better after service, true) is basically the same price with same features.
Everyone should avoid Kogan branded products, I can't stress this enough. They look on par with the products they are trying to imitate but the quality truly sucks.
This charger for example looks exactly like the Samsung equivalent but it sounds like a jet taking off when you use it.
From memory someone had a similar issue. They will refund you and ask that you cut the cord off.

Get another cord. Cut that one. Place it in front of the actual cord in the photo.

Bought a wireless fast charger that was DOA. A trigger spray mop that had a "sometimes spray" trigger. Both times I just sent a video of the problem and they sent me a new product.

This seems par for the course for Kogan. Dodgy grey market imports and poor customer service. Plenty complaints everywhere about them. Guess you get what you pay for.
Generally oversized items that cannot be boxed and sent via AusPost are picked up by couriers. Good luck getting Kogan to sort that out for you though.
