I bought an item from tobydealsau more than 12 days ago and haven’t recived it yet. Can someone please help?

    Tobydeals have been useless in my experience, saying they have great deals on items in stock, when they don't have anything in stock. Have had to get Paypal to refund payments made to them. Avoid.

    Im sure COVID-19 affects all deliveries coming from China/Hong Kong.

    My wholesale and factory contacts in Southern China have not returned to work yet :(

      Yup. Lots of workers still forced to work from home. Unfortunately you can't physically pack and send parcels from in front of a computer…
