Qantas Store -ERROR - Oops Something Went Wrong

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone is having the same issue when you access Qantas FF Store home page.

I have been talking to Qantas but they are helpless.

I am paying $350 for my signature amplify card for this point but about to cancel if the store doesn't work. I am having the issue for last 3 months, unable to view the store

    Have you tried a different browser/using a phone or something?

      yes. chrome, safari, explorer and my phone laptop public pc etc ..

        I haven’t tried, it was just a suggestion which sometimes works.

    clicked around and did not notice any issues.

        are you logged in?…
        does the error happen immediatley whatever page you goto?

        Its safe to say the problem appears to be unique to you

    Try clearing cookies/cache. Close browser, retry.

    their website just went down about 30 minutes ago
