I've had my Galax 1080 for between 3-4 years now without a single hiccup, and I've put it in 4 diferent configurations during that period.

Would recommend, just make sure you know your ACL rights (as with any purchase)

    Milton store has gotten WAY better.
    
    In the past though, yes, I got accused of breaking something that wasn't even attached to begin with (ground wire on an external hdd caddy).
    Cops (who were customers) actually intervened and looked up the exact rights I had, and they finally agreed to refund it.
    
    Since then I've been to the service desk for a faulty part; took them 5 minutes max to agree it was faulty, and bam, money back.
