Would be great if the participating butchers knew they were participating! I checked the list of participating butchers and my local butcher was on the list, so I went to go buy some beef to enter and they had absolutely no idea about the competition - no one there had even heard of it! So no entry for me sadly…

  My local butcher didn't put out the entry forms because he had only received them yesterday. Had to ask for one. As they were still in a box behind the counter. Maybe there still coming.
