I paid $178 last week from Amazon. It's crazy that they won't refund me the difference, but they are happy to request a stop on the original shipment (or have me return it if it arrives), have me order again at the lower price and upgrade me to expedited shipping. There's an extra cost for them in expedited shipping and returning/recalling the original order. Why not just refund the $23 straight up and end up with a happier customer?
Happened to me too. I asked if they can just give me promotional credit instead of refunding and they agreed.
They should have offered that to me because this has turned into such a mess. I noticed that the first shipment they recalled included another item I had ordered. So now they had me buy that again at a higher price and will refund the difference after it arrives.

Seems like a fake product to me for the reasons listed above. I usually don't buy anything unless it's through Amazon au, Amazon us or a reputable store.
You may be able to get your money back through these other sellers but the process will be more complicated and lengthier.
If you saw a product on eBay with a strange store name, just one item in store, far cheaper than everywhere else, no reviews and no sales, it should ring some alarm bells.

Only thing I don't like is most of the gimbal stabilising features only work when taking photos using the DJI app. I prefer the camera app on the P30 pro as more control over the photo and video settings and I think the video quality looks better using the stock app. I would strongly advise to buy the extra care warranty. A little plastic stop broke off the arm and a panel came lose on it too. Must have happened in my backpack. DJI wanted $90 to fix it. Luckily I had one accidental breakage claim which I used with no issues.

I had this gimble, doesnt record 60 fps on play store app on Samsung S10+. Worked for Iphone X though.
