So is the company name ‘Enriching’, ‘HTL’, or ‘Remax’?
@miq: It's not uncommon for companies to have multiple names, also remax is the brand name not the business name.
I don't mean to be rude but we use Gmail for our business email. I don't think it should hold anyone back from looking legitimate.
For a company big enough to (allegedly) have physical retail store overseas it’s a little odd…
not just a couple either… 6300 offline stores. With a map showing precisely zero location pins, and photos of stores with not a single person in each photo. And looking at https://iremaxaustralia.com.au/data-cables/ there's nothing of this sort there. Suss indeed!

In 2020 its very uncommon for a business to use gmail. Given how cheap and easy it is to get a domain and email started. I know tradies plumbers, tilers who have domain based email despite not having a website.

I literally know 20 businesses that use a hotmail address still.
Via your own .com domain, surely… It's not gmail as a platform that's the problem, it's the free, essentially anonymous nature that's the problem.
Not sure why you're downvoted, as even a backyard operator should be investing the $10 on a .com to provide some level of assurance to customers.

Not really a deal then since the netdot is 3 adapters for less
I bought this for my son's Huawei P20 and it's not fast charging his phone - very disappointing.
I got mine today. If same thing then I will be returning it!
Can you let me know please?
The remax cable I got supports fast charge no worries on Samsung note 8. try a different charger perhaps or insert the dongle bit the other way round and remax cable with light facing up.
