amaysim 4 Renewal on 5GB Plan - Charged for 4th Month

Hi all, I only just realised I have been charged for the 4th month on Amaysim - Groupon purchased end of October, so Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb should have been included. I was charged $20 at end of Jan, one month early.

You might like to check if you purchase this. The situation is more likely to occur if you start to use the sim card within 10 days of purchase, they restart the start date, but don't push back the renewal data I think, so the last renewal gets charged.

  • Yes happened to me too, I called up customer care and the guy sorted it out in 5 mins.

  • Happened to me as well. I'd activated >10 days after purchase. Got a refund via live chat, and turned off auto renew.
