Hi there,
I am looking to travel to Japan via Taiwan and do maybe a different return flight e.g. Fly to Tokyo via Taipei, then on to Osaka back to Perth maybe via Singapore. Now whilst this seems fairly straightforward the reality is most 'cheap flight' websites can only really find me one flight at a time rather than a whole itinerary.
I do see Skyscanner does sort of offer multiple trip flights searching but it's fairly limited e.g. I have to specify all dates anyway rather than look for what's the cheapest for days either side of what I'm searching. So is there a site that allows searching multiple flights and finding the best price for each flight (allowing flex in the days they go/come)? Seems like it might be difficult to program and the alternative is just search a bunch of one way flights instead.

Use the Multi City tab.
Use "Add another flight" as required
Use the +/- x number of days to ensure good connections or stopovers.
