A week ago Sendle delivered a $200 parcel to the wrong house, while I was home all day, and got someone I do not know to sign for it. I have their name and signature on my Sendle account. I said it was missing, they searched their warehouses/trucks for it (obviously it wasn't in either) and then claimed they couldn't find it, case closed. I'm now down $200 and some stranger has my parcel.
Is there anything I can actually do?
