Spotted these being stacked onto the clearance display late this afternoon. Per the title, I was at Target Eastgardens (NSW), but it might be worth checking your local store as they were unloading master shipper boxes so plenty seem to be available.

Price comparison

RRP is $11.00
Coles (NSW) $9.75
Woolies (NSW) $9.79

Micro-Description:

  • Milk & dark chocolates (you eat them and they magically expand your waist)
  • Individually wrapped (perhaps by little elves in cute outfits)

From what I've experienced, the clearance prices for confectionery and food items vary from store to store at Target. +ve for the micro-description too.

      LOL. Thanks mate ;-)

Agree with you there jdas. It's almost based purely on the use by date of the products.

$2.86 means it's the lowest price they will go on these. So get them while you can.

    • +1

Is that because of the 86 cents?

      • +1

Generally that is the 'cents' amount found on a clearance item when they've cut it to the bone, .88 means it's one away from the lowest possible price.

Rule of thumb, are exceptions but I find it works 90% of the time.

  • I can confirm that Ringwood (VIC) had Roses 225g @ $3.86, must be a $1 premium for Victorians :(, and 450g @ $6.86. Best before for all of them was the end of Sept.

There was also a couple of Dairy Milk Tray, I think it was 425g or thereabouts, for $6.86.

They also had Toblerone On and On and On 600g for $6.86 with the best before 18th Sept.
