Won't find much for less than $50. Best bet might be to check FB marketplace/Gumtree for secondhand

I've got a Foscam C2 and it's been reliable and great picture quality however it's quite old now.

This Foscam X1 is pretty good but it costs more than $50 though but its got motion alerts, 1080p, 2 way audio, nighty vision etc $10 off voucher as well atm
