Does Anyone Know Any Manufacturers for Powerlifting Belts (Such as Lever Belts) ?

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a manufacturer in Australia that produces lifting belts/lever belts for powerlifting or weight lifting! I am interested in buying lever belts in bulk and it is hard to find any information online so help is very much appreciated!!

Edit: Looking to sell custom lever belts but need a manufacturer

  • Harris stability systems?

Sorted me and my gym out with a big order

    • Hi buoyant! Thanks for your reply. I am more interested in selling custom lever belts but need a manufacturer. Sorry if I wasn't very clear in my question! 😊

  • What are you after?

You sound like you're after someone who does stqrt to finish and just slap on your label, aka private label. No such Australian manufacturer.

If you can design and provide cutting templates, just about any leather worker/tannery will be competant enough yo make a lifting belt.

    • Thanks tshow! Yes we have the design and cutting templates ready just unsure with what leather worker is trustworthy but will definitely do more research! Appreciate your input! 😊

  • If your clients are non IPF.

One of the Chinese companies on Alibaba should do.

    Ie: https://wholesaler.alibaba.com/product-detail/Custom-Logo-In…

Or the made in china site.

Doubt anyone in Oz will do an end to end job

    • Hey @askme69 we want to make it IPF approved hence we want a trustworthy manufacturer and also want it Australian made. I did see the Chinese companies but want it to be 100% Australian made being aware of the costs. Thank you for looking online though!

Yeah it does seem hard to find this market in Australia!

      • You seen all the hassle with Pioneer and the ridiculous costs the IPF were wanting to add them to the approved list.

Not sure if they have refuced the fees.

What price/features are you going after compared to the regulars?

      • Its bloody expensive to get the IPF approval.

The IPF approval is really just a money thing. I have some Eleiko gear, very expensive but obviously IPF certified. I have lots of Rogue gear, just as good at half the price but not certified.

It boils down to whether you are willing to pay. If I recall, it was a six figure USD sum. This was from a youtube interview with a manufacturer.

  • Ironedge?

  • Lever or leather?
