Cyanergy LED Downlight Replacement with Victorian Energy Upgrade

Does anyone have any experience with Cyanergy replacing their residential LED downlights as part of the government upgrade program? I see there are a number of companies as part of the scheme so wondered whether they use similar lights or are they are very similar?
