Same for me!
Yep. Worked fine without VPN.
@onhunt you are a legend for posting this !
Just followed the link and was able to purchase it without a VPN and it now shows in the Films & TV app.
Hell yeah, this was on my ever growing list of stuff to watch! Thankyou!
Sweet - I'll add this to Season 1 of DBZ I acquired in the same manner many moons ago
There seems to be a few other first season Anime's for free too:
- Dragon Ball Super (Original Japanese Version)
- RWBY Chibi: Season 1
- RWBY: Volume 1
- My Hero Academia (Simuldub)
- My Hero Academia (Original Japanese Version)
- Black Clover (Simuldub)

Only Dragon Ball is not region locked.
Thanks could not get these on an Australian IP address but used a VPN for a USA IP address and successfully added them to my account.
Thanks OP & @doweyy, grabbed DBS and a couple of the other free ones
Thanks. Set region to USA in Windows 10 settings tTo get all these region locked shows.
Set Windows 10 region back to Australia and they all still show up as purchased in Windows Films & TV app. Tested with & without VPN enabled.Didn't work for me
If you have Prime Video all RWBY apart from the most recent is on there.
Most recent is free with ads on Rooster Teeth.
What browser you using? it doesnt work for me, and neither does changing my store account location
i think all Dragon Ball Super seasons are available for free on animelab (basic/free account). they may not be in HD for free though.
Dragonball Super (131 eps) is also free on Crunchy Roll with short adverts
Cheers!!
It's also on AnimeLab - https://www.animelab.com/shows/dragon-ball-super
But only the subtitled version is free (you need to sign up for a free account) with adverts.
Adblock plus works wonders on crunchyroll
Easiest way for a VPN is download Opera Browser, enable VPN change region. Winning.
Not really a vpn, more of a proxy….
Super is up to 10 seasons?
Can't find any Funimation dub past episode 131 - anyone know why this is?
131 is the last episode. For now. They haven't made any more episodes.
Funimation split it into 10 seasons, just so they can make more money.
The series doesn't really have seasons, but if it had to be split up into seasons, it should only be 5 seasons (as there are 5 arcs).Seasons go by actual seasons of the year….so they would collect a range of episodes from and up till the end of the season and then call that a season, then make a new collection with the start of the next season and collect the remaining episodes range and then call that the 2nd season and this goes on until they run out of episodes to collect to call a season and that last collection would be called the final season. I believe that's why they call it a season….
Or you could just find a free streaming service online and watch all seasons for free…
e.g. download animelab on your phone, it has at least 6 seasons. Can anyone help a brother our - where to watch DBZ Kai online?
I also would like to know. I did find an illegal site, but I didn't like the quality.
There's no where to watch it fully online legally.
Only option is to buy the DVDs/Blu-Rays or stream them on other sites.
Hmm it let me purchase it for $0.00 on the US Microsoft Store (without VPN) but won't let me add it to my account. And when I view Season 1 on the AU Microsoft Store it doesn't say I own it
I had same issue but it shows up in Movies and TV App
Supposed to be productive on my day off.. Does being productive include a dragon ball super marathon?
Anyone know if there's a way to download or stream this from phone? Would love to watch during the morning commute
If you download the Funimation now app you can stream all of Super with a USA VPN.
Awesome, didn't need vpn
worked for me without vpn
