Yes. Lotus spread is so goooood
MMmmmmmmmmm.
I logged in just to downvote you for being annoying
I love these but so expensive - also aldi have some nice 4 star bars that are around $4 - time to stock up
Some low fodmap varieties in there. Time to stock up
How can you tell which ones are?
Using Monash university's fodmap app. Costs a few bucks but well worth it. Here's a screenshot of carman's muesli bars which are low fodmap:

That special is nuts
I'm allergic to this pun.
Carmans… founded in 1992 by an 18 year old with $1000. Hmm…
Muesli bars are either healthy or tasty, never both. I'm still searching for the ultimate muesli bar that's perfect balance of both.
try Aldi Hillcrest premium nut bars - 4.5 stars . really nice but 13 grms sugar 35 grms fat (though i suspect fats comes from the nuts) - compared to most bars sugar levels not to bad and ok to have a bar a day at work during the afternoon slump
will try, thanks. I'd prefer to keep under 10g sugar per bar. Today trying "food for health" bars I found at coles. not bad, not amazing either.
Also, very few of the brands have premium nuts (almonds, macadamia, cashews, pistachios) and they are expensive. Most of the nutty ones have peanuts :(
Yum, Lotus spread :D
I hope amazon price matches on their site
