Bought a watch through HUT - parcel arrived 3 weeks later and was completely the wrong watch. No response to emails so after a few phone calls, they agreed to send the right watch. 4 weeks later it arrives … and was faulty. No response to emails for over a week. Eventually phoned and after 2 weeks, they advised there is no more in stock and I needed to post it back them for a refund (post was going to cost only slightly less than the watch). After complaining they agreed to just refund.
When I did speak to them, the customer service dept was very good - friendly and helpful. Dont trust their email system though.
Damn, missed out on the AUG10 and AUG40 codes the other week and couldn't find enough to get to £50 for Zavvi's PP5OFFZAVVI code (which is still active I believe) so I just went ahead and purchased a £15 game on its own, but I probably would have gone up to £40. Maybe I'll have another look!
