Can You Tell The Difference between 2mm and 3mm Mousepads?

Hi all,

So I've been looking for a custom mousepad and thanks to the help of some ozbargainers I was pointed to look on AliExpress. So I've looked at this (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32816446793.html?spm=a2g0o.p…) since it has a couple of good reviews, also I can manage to get faster, tracked shipping for 2 bucks cause I'm kinda impatient.

Currently I have a 3mm mousepad, and the one linked above is 2mm. Would I actually be able to tell the difference? Would to be glad to hear if anyone has actually used both thicknesses.

    Its fifty percent bigger. Pretty sure you could tell if you grew fifty percent taller overnight.

    Depends on how sensitive to feeling 1mm difference you are.

    Guangdong province might be closed until Feb 9th, including Shenzhen and Guangzhou, so I wouldn't presume anything sent from China will be fast. It's also possible Australian customs will delay a bit for safety.

      Fortunately there have been no reported cases of mousepad to mousepad transmission.

    not sure about 2 vs 3mm, but the mouse mat will be heavier, but will have a bigger "lip"
