This game is brutal and I'm feeling muscles I never knew I had. It's improving my mind muscle connection a lot too, and my posture.
I'm often skeptical of how effective these sorts of products are.

I picked this up from the JB deal. There is a surprising amount of workouts you can do with just a ring and a Joycon strapped to your leg.
Two things to consider: they have electronics in the original Ring Cons, but not sure if these have them and you can’t buy the game digitally.
They’re almost useless, unless corrected otherwise.
