I purchased an electrical item online that was faulty. I returned the item to the brick and mortar store for a refund. I've noticed that it was refunded less the initial postage. Should I have have the full amount paid refunded?
It was shaver shop.
Their online support is non existent. Calling them they were unsure and referred me to ask the store.. when I said I was bought online they hung up LOL.
Technically yes, but this is easier said than done. Generally the postage cost is worth less than your time on the phone/in person is worth to try and recover.
