Hello
Am looking to trade shares through buying/selling in cash. So…. Apart from CommSec I don't know anyone else that offers the service.
Looking to see what the broader community uses, pros and cons, and other tips.
Thanks!

Even on the front page of OzBargain you would see this deal.
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/selfwealth.com.au is the cheapest. 5 free trades from using a referral code from that link.
Could use the NAB offer first, then move over to SelfWealth
If you're looking to trade US hares, use Stake $0 fees, easy to use, fast transactions.
They already made a margin on your FX.
They don't charge when you buy or sell, name another AU platform that offers this. Happy for them to take their margin from FX only.
LOL it isn't an attack on you.
You might want to revisit the website. I just did. The free plan is only 2 free trades a month then $5 after. FX is 0.70c per $100 or $2 min (therefore $300 is minimum you should convert) each way. So effectively on a $1000 trade you're paying $7 upfront then you might bulk return it. But that is pretty close to Selfwealth number of $9.95 per trade.
Also a $2 fee for withdrawals.
@netjock: No offense taken at all. Selfwealth only offer trading of AU shares and there is a 90 day free premium trial, after that it's $20 a month, so you might want to revisit Selfwealth. Stake only offer trading of US shares and all the things they charge are still cheaper than anything offered in Australia.
@left-handed righty: I have a Selfwealth account the premium is a option. Basic account costs nothing monthly. Trades are $9.95. Premium account has discounted trades.
I also have a Stake account.
Come on now…a quick google search will reveal plenty
