Looking for an app to help track fuel economy and and gather data. Any recommended apps that you use?

Fuelio, I only use it for fuel consumption, can't comment on their other features.

  I also use Fuelio, and also only for consumption and major maintenance costs.
  
  It can be used to track your drives as well, but I have a dash cam for that.
  
  Fuelio is made by Sygic, who I also use for my off-line GPS mapping.

I use Road Trip on iOS. You can input other expenses and services too and it’ll break down the stats and monthly/yearly averages too.
