    absolutely, when you freeze meat, as the ice forms and expands, crystals also form and it ruptures the cell walls, that is why when you grill frozen meat so much water is released and it’s never as juicy as fresh meat.

  I bought some steaks in a previous deal and can vouch for the excellent quality and packaging that they come delivered in.

  I also emailed Cameron a question at 8:14 PM and got a reply at 8:24 which is pretty impressive in my books!
