  I like Blitzwolf cables, but this is the only that I have a problem with on the USB-A connector end, where it does not charge my device if I push it all the way in into a standalone charger or a car charger. I have to pull it out partway to get it to connect and charge. No problem with connecting to my computer or with Blitzwolf's USB-A to MicroUSB cable. I think their USB3.0 contacts on the USB-A connector is slightly out of tolerance. I have bought it a few times and they all have the same issue.

    I have previously recommended this cable, but started having problems at about the 6 month mark where charging became extremely slow. Just tried your trick, unfortunately didn't make a difference for me.
    Contacted the seller for a warranty claim but they never replied. 18 months warranty means nothing if they don't respond to claims.

    These cables don't fit properly into my pixel 3 on the USB C end. I plug them in and have to wiggle it around to get it to charge (after which it'll stop charging eventually). Tried 3 other different cables which don't have the same problem. Worked fine on my brother's S9+ though, so must just be a quirk with the Pixel.

    I used to like them but they seems poorly made and won't last.

    After 6 months or so my cable will not fast charge anymore (like 1/15 tries it works) even though its not broken/cut.

    Aah thanks for the tip! I will give this a go myself, because I can't get these cables to work with the Blitzwolf BW-C8 car charger, but they work fine in other wall plugs I have. Has put me off further products from them if two products they sell don't work together, and also don't respond to my email queries about this issue.

      So this seemed to work. If I just stick the tip in then it starts to charge. But then every chance of the cable just falling out at any moment. Frustrating. Support don't reply to emails either, even though they state 18 month warranty. Puts me off Blitzwolf products.

  About to get my first usb-c phone - need to get 3-4 new cables to replace my micro ones. Realistically, is there much difference between these and something from kmart? Its a xiaomi redmi note 8 which comes with an 18w charger - not too sure on the "type" of fast charging it does though.
