not sure if anyone can help.
The CN/RU version via GMG its quite cheap atm.
Plan is VPN purchase CN/RU via GMG.
Then VPN activate via rockstar launcher.
Would I still be able to launch via rockstar later on without VPN ?

I think I tried to do this a while ago with Monster Hunter World when it first came out. I changed my currency to the cheapest available (I think it was Malaysian Ringgit at the time) but they ended up refunding me claiming I wasn't allowed to purchase using a VPN and a credit card/PayPal from Australia.
