Wow that's kinda sad, I don't like to see any small business go under. They had been going since 2004. I hope they gave everyone their money back before they went under.

So what do you do if you have an item that is still in warranty but you can't do a claim through them?

  Depending on the company that makes or imports it you might be able to go direct to them with a support case and go from there.
